Yes indeed, it's the same book. The publication changed editors and so a new cover was commissioned.

The first chapter of the "Caylen-Tor" saga will be included, along with a slightly revised version of "Chronicles of the Obsidian Crown", the story which first appeared in "Barbarian Crowns".
